Short-term rental renovation

A shower in an older condo, a bathroom that needs doing before guests come back, a unit that has taken a few years of wear — that is renovation work. It is not a ninth service on the card, and it is not a separate menu. The services page has the full list, which moves when we add something.

A lot of this work is in older beachside condos and short-term rentals — Airbnbs and vacation units included. The building is already there, guests use it, and the work has to fit what the unit actually is.

Units that take guests often have a window between stays. Tell us the address, what you want done, and any dates that matter, so we can look at the real job. That is how we quote it. We do not promise a turnaround, and we do not treat a booking calendar as a standing commitment — whether the work fits the window you have is part of the quote, not a policy on this page.

You'll be dealing with the person who quoted the job. One pair of hands, the work in front of us. Quality over quantity — we take the jobs we can do well.

Whether you're there while the work happens is worth settling when we quote the job. Looking at the work first and agreeing what's getting done is what makes the rest of it straightforward.

We don't take on electrical, plumbing or HVAC. Those need a different license, and you're better off with somebody who holds it. If the job needs one of those trades alongside the renovation, say so when you write — we'll tell you plainly what we can do.
