Home repairs and renovations
What kinds of jobs do you take?
Home repairs through to renovations — the small jobs that keep a house working, and the bigger remodels. The full list is on the services page, and it moves when we add something. If what you need isn’t named there, still ask.
Do you remodel bathrooms?
Yes. Custom bathrooms are some of our best photographed work — tile, showers, the whole room. They sit under renovation rather than as their own line. Tell us what you’re looking at.
Do you do electrical, plumbing or HVAC?
No. We don’t take on electrical, plumbing or HVAC. Those need a different license, and you’re better off with somebody who holds it.
Do you work on short-term rentals?
Yes. Beachside condos and short-term rentals are work we take on, including around a booking calendar. Tell us the dates and what needs doing.

Do you build fences?
Yes — fences and yard clean-up sit under landscaping. Tell us what’s there and we’ll quote it.
How much does a job cost?
It depends on the job — a door that won’t close and a bathroom remodel are two different quotes. That’s why every job is quoted rather than priced off a list. Tell us what you’re looking at and we’ll get you a figure.
Is there a job too small, or one too big?
If it needs doing and it’s work we take on, ask. Quality over quantity — we take the jobs we can do well. Rather than guess from a description, tell us what’s in front of you and we’ll say plainly whether it’s work for us.

Getting a quote
How do I get a quote?
Use the contact page to tell us where the house is and what you want done. We’ll follow up to work out the details and get you a quote. No obligation either way.
How soon can you start, and how long will it take?
There’s no date or day count we can print on a page and stand behind — both turn on the job and on what’s already booked. Ask when you get in touch and you’ll get an honest answer for your job. If a particular week matters, mention it up front.
Does the weather change the schedule?
Outdoor work can. Painting, landscaping, a fence — those wait on a dry spell when they have to. We’ll say so when we quote.
How far do you travel?
We work across Brevard County, out of Melbourne, FL. If you’re not sure whether your house is in range, just ask — we’ll tell you straight.
Do I need to be there while you work?
For the walk-through, yes — that’s when we agree what’s getting done. For the day itself, just ask: the answer depends on the job, and it gets sorted when we price the work.
